Our studio at Historic Savage Mill is primarily a workshop (it's messy!) and we don't have regular "open hours."

But we gladly take appointments for private shopping and consultations on custom projects.

Send us a message to schedule your appointment if you'd like to drop by!

Our address is:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you purchase jewelry from the pre-designed collections in our online shop, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 6 weeks of placing your order.  This timeframe is due to the facts that we are a small, one-person business and that each piece is made to order, which enables us to easily accommodate customization requests. (Note: If you would like us to make customizations to your order, please make your request via our contact form prior to purchasing to ensure that we can make the changes you desire.)

For custom and bespoke jewelry, a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks is typical. Details for individual custom orders will be determined during our consultation and reflected in each individual contract.

Rush orders can be placed by request. We take these on a case by case basis, and potential expedition costs are covered by the client.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions if you need to place a rush order!

Our handcrafted jewelry uses a variety of metals to offer a broad price and quality range.

From the pre-designed line of jewelry, most of our work is made from solid 14k gold, sterling silver, bronze, gold- and rose gold-filled metals. Wedding fashion styles and hair accessories are made with plated metals but completely hypoallergenic, with details like sterling silver earring posts to ensure your comfort while wearing our jewelry. All metal types are noted in the individual product descriptions and we can customize most pieces to accommodate your special needs and requests.

For custom orders, we offer a broad range of options for metals and we will work with you to determine what metal option is the best choice for your particular design.

We do not have a retail shop that is open to the public with regular hours, but we do have a working studio located in Historic Savage Mill, about 40 minutes outside of Baltimore, Maryland. Appointments are available for private shopping experiences and consultations, and we sometimes host special open studio events. Contact us to learn more about these options!

We also show and sell our work at several local and regional events, from fine craft shows to street festivals and pop-up shops. If you'd like to know when and where we will be, check out our events page and be sure to subscribe to our VIP contact list to be notified about upcoming events.

If you'd like to host a trunk show or include our products in your pop-up shop, please contact us here.

Jewelry may be returned for a store credit if it is sent back in new condition with its receipt and original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase. Store credit for jewelry received as a gift will be issued, if the item in question is still being sold in our online shop, at the item's current selling price.

Any piece of jewelry you purchase comes with a guarantee that it will last you in a durable way. If your piece breaks due to regular wear and tear within six months of purchase, just send it back along with your receipt and we will replace or repair it for free. Returns after the six months mark will be done on a discretionary basis with applicable fees determined by case.
